These products and services are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a photo and a descriptive text.
3.product prices
Prices shown on this site are in € and do not include delivery charges. Products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.
For orders outside mainland France: you are the importer of the product concerned.
For products shipped outside the European Union, taxes may apply.

4.order and transaction validation
When you confirm your order by clicking on the “validate information” button, you declare that you have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions of sale.
As soon as your order has been registered, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by e-mail after validation of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The contract is concluded when the bank confirms payment.
5.payment
Payment is made in €. Several payment methods are available:
Credit card
Your bank details are encrypted during the transaction (SSL technology, Secure Socket layer) and 3D Secure, the most effective security systems that establish an encrypted connection directly between the buyer and the bank. In no case does Hexa Pinball have access to confidential information relative to the means of payment used by the Client at the time of payment. This is why the Customer’s bank details will be requested for each new order.
Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be reserved for 5 working days. It is then dispatched as soon as the transfer is received.
Although Hexa Pinball uses encrypted security software, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet or e-mail cannot be guaranteed. Hexa Pinball shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, including (but not limited to) damages resulting from failure or delay in transmission of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.
6.delivery
Orders placed before midnight (Paris time, GMT+1h), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are dispatched within 3 days.
Transport time after dispatch may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen. Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form.
Hexa Pinball will not be held responsible in the event of non-execution of the concluded contract due to
reasons beyond its control, in particular in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
The transfer of risks concerning the purchased products takes place as soon as Hexa Pinball hands them over to the carrier. Products are insured for their value in transit.
Reservations on receipt of products

Hexa Pinball retains all copyrights. The rights of representation and reproduction of the products present on the www.hexa-pinball.com site belong to Hexa Pinball. Authorization is required for any use of these rights.
